HOW DO I KNOW IF THE CREATIVE SPIRIT CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP IS RIGHT FOR ME?
- I want to find a way to work on self-love and self-care consistently.
- I've always had a creative nature and love of the arts
- I have an intuitive side and would like to know how to incorporate that into writing, art or design.
- I'm interested and open to learning new tools, skills and approaches to art.
- I'm healing + want to learn how to be kinder to myself, I've seen acupuncturists, psychics, and lots of alternative therapies and I feel great right after but that "healed" feeling doesn't seem to stick.
- I've been too busy for a lengthy meditation practice and don't know if I'm doing it right, though ideally I'd love to be doing more of it.
- I’d like to learn how to tap into my spiritual side, feel calmer and get to know myself better
- I feel alone in my creative pursuits and would love to connect with a supportive group of sensitive creative women
- I want to have a confident voice as an artist / writer / maker
- I want to improve relationships with those close to me and accept that change starts with me
If this sounds like you, you're in the right place!

Hi! I’m Keita.
I create art for inspiring homes and encourage women to nurture their spirituality and creativity as a route to self care.
I'm an artist, meditation teacher, medium, designer, creative writing enthusiast, mother of three and a creative spirit.
This is my story...
At twenty-seven years old, while running a small metaphysical store and working at my career as a medium, I gave birth to the most beautiful baby girl. The greatest love I’ve ever known. One year later, I gave birth again, this time to a son who was born sleeping at 24 weeks. Understandably so, depression fell upon me like Vancouver rain, coupled with symptoms of anxiety and PTSD, I struggled to take the time for myself that I needed to heal. I thanked the universe for my ability and practice as a meditation teacher to connect with spirit in the small moments.
It wasn’t like before, when I had a couple of spare hours to meditate. I had to quickly steal moments while I was washing the dishes and loading laundry. It saved me in so many more ways than I can say.
The other impactful place I turned to heal was my creativity. Sewing projects, painting walls and furniture, belting Adele out at the top of my lungs and returning to the canvases I had once called home. You name it, I did everything I could. Picking up the pieces of my broken heart with every stroke of the paintbrush. I longed to join in paint night events and go to the meditation circles I once taught now led by other mediums and friends in my community. To re-connect with the outside world. To create, to talk, to heal.
The creation of this community has come out of the pain I felt in “How can I make time for meditation or art when It feels self indulgent, I can manage, I can obviously cope without painting this week”.
And I can. As I’m sure you can.
But I believe that life should be about more than coping, it should be bursting with inspiration and joy.
I don’t want you to have to struggle as I did back then, I care about you! And with the ability to teach and connect online, these limits don’t have to exist. I want for you to live, create, heal and talk even when all other things seem more important than looking after yourself.
This community is the answer to that struggle and a culmination of all that I've learned in how to cultivate joy, self acceptance and spiritual connection. It's a tried and tested, easy method that creates consistent changes in creative and spiritual wellbeing. In short, it works. I’d really love it if you could put yourself first in a quiet 30-60 minutes per week where you can close the door on the world and sink into your beautiful, deserving, creative spirit.
I LOVE leading my students to connect with the healing nature of spirit and art in a clear and self-healing way – that brings me SO much JOY!
"I don’t want you to feel like a failure, like you don’t have enough time or that you aren’t worth investing in. I don’t want you to talk yourself into thinking that your spiritual connection and creative expression is pointless or self-indulgent and put it off “just one more day” like I did and not find the right help. Especially when it’s available to you right here, right now. Art + spirit are the things I needed the most when I’ve hit my darkest places. I’m ready to hold your hand & lead you step by step to finding inner healing and calm even when life’s demands are mountain-high – that’s when we need it the most! I’m ready to share all I’ve learned with you!”
In the Creative Spirit Circle you will benefit from over a decade of my experience as a professional medium, artist, painter and designer. You’ll have access to all past videos, downloadable pdf’s, creative exercises and discussions in our online teaching portal as you enjoy connecting and sharing with like-minded creative spirits in our Private Facebook Group. I’ll be there every step of the way.
You’ll experience a reason to jump out of bed each week with a start because you have something to do that makes you feel really good about yourself!
"I started working with Keita when I enrolled in her level 1 and subsequently, level 2 [Psychic Development] classes. I immediately felt welcomed by her warmth and she really encouraged our class to be open and trust our instincts. I had never done a class like this before and was a total novice. Her guidance and compassion helped me to build my confidence and trust my own intuition. She gave easy to use tips to get grounded in daily life. She read me during our classes and was completely accurate. It really was so fun seeing her read each student and have us all react the same way, in astonishment at her level of accuracy. I since moved to the island and miss her classes. I highly recommend Keita for readings but also as a teacher."
